When you book a rental or contact us, we collect the information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, delivery location, rental dates, and the contents of your messages.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems; we receive only confirmation that a deposit or balance was paid.

Like most websites, we may collect basic technical data (such as your browser type and pages visited) to keep the site working and to understand how it's used.

How we use it

We use your information to take and fulfill bookings, deliver and pick up bikes, send confirmations and reminders, respond to your messages, and meet our legal and safety obligations.
